The program begins with an initial consultation with the transitioning employee to identify their concerns and needs. Following this, we collaborate with the workplace to identify opportunities to support everything from policy development, team discussions, and sensitivity training to build a respectful and sensitive work environment, for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
