What We Do for Organizations

We offer a variety of trauma-informed mental health, wellness, and training services to meet the needs of all levels of an organization. Our services focus on prevention, intervention, repair, and recovery options. Our approach is to provide dynamic, resilience-based consultation and training, coaching, critical and disruptive event management, and clinical support that is customizable for unique workplaces including peer groups and peer facilitated programs. Our services are easy to implement, maintain, and incorporate into the workplace.

Our Services Include:

Holistic support and awareness programming to support employees who have recently transitioned or are currently transitioning to their true gender, as well their organization and colleagues. Programming can also be proactive and help organizations be prepared to respond effectively should an employee come forward in the future. The program begins with an initial consultation with the transitioning employee to identify their concerns and needs. Following this, we collaborate with the workplace to identify opportunities to support everything from policy development, team discussions, and sensitivity training to build a respectful and sensitive work environment, for the benefit of the organization as a whole.

Comprehensive programming to support sensitivity awareness around the 2SLBGTQIA+ population. Programming supports workplaces in fostering a welcoming and psychologically safe environment for all employees. Supported by clinical experts with lived experience, we will facilitate discussions with 2SLGBTQIA+ employees, colleagues, and workplace leaders. Discussions and work will focus on fostering inclusivity, identifying employees’ needs, consulting on workplace policy, and assisting in establishing empathy and peer support groups.

Peer Groups understand each other. They know what the good days are like, and what the hard days are like. They’ve been there. Because of this, peers are uniquely positioned to help each other. Through consultation, training, coaching, and shaping the peer group structure, we support organizations and employees in creating a work environment where everyone can be themselves and speak up without fear of judgement. In this safe and supportive healthy environment, employees can be vulnerable and open to support when they are struggling, help each other through shared experiences, develop skills to help them cope with challenges, and build resiliency and overall wellbeing.
